Joseph R. Conard, DDS
Dr. Joseph Conard graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in 1981. Before attending dental school, he earned a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University. While he has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years, Dr. Conard continues to attend yearly continuing education courses to stay abreast of the latest advances in dental techniques and technology. He has received additional training in implant dentistry, and he is a member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society. Dr. Conard’s highest priority is providing each patient with high-quality dental care.
Dr. Conard is married to his wife, Pat. They have two children, both of whom are dental specialists. In his spare time, Dr. Conard enjoys the outdoors.
Kathryn L. Conard, DDS, MS
Dr. Conard is a prosthodontist and general dentist who joined her father, Dr. Joseph Conard, to practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and graduated from the University of Chapel Hill School of Dentistry in 2007. She earned her master’s degree and prosthodontic degree in 2010 and has advanced training in implant surgery and restoration. As a prosthodontist, she is a dental specialist with advanced training in the restoration of missing or damaged teeth, focusing on quality care. She is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists and takes annual continuing education courses to stay up to date in the changing field of prosthodontics.
Dr. Conard has a wide variety of hobbies and interests. Being a native of Haywood County, she enjoys the outdoors and camping.
